Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)

What makes this job so exciting?

  • As an SDR, you are part of KNISTR's New Sales Team and represent our company at the forefront.
  • You generate leads, handle exciting inbound enquiries and confidently approach companies that do not yet know us – via video, telephone, email or social media. You are ready to build new relationships from the ground up.
  • In initial meetings, you qualify potential customers, conduct needs analyses and later product demos, and arrange follow-up appointments for the sales team.
  • You are keen to acquire new customers at trade fairs, webinars, podcasts and similar events, and you actively work with our team to develop content for this.
  • It is important to you to cultivate and maintain contacts with our prospects. Over time, you will build up your community of contacts in the market.

What should you bring to the table?

  • We are looking for people who want to get stuck in and grow with us.
  • You are familiar with distance selling, have experience in B2B SaaS sales and know your way around the retail environment.
  • Whether in Hamburg or elsewhere, you represent KNISTR digitally and on site, and are willing to travel to make a strong impression wherever you go.
  • You enjoy working with people and have a great deal of empathy. You are an extroverted, positive person and can inspire others with your good humour.
  • You have a confident, engaging manner, work very independently and are results-oriented, but don't forget your role as a team player!
  • You have very good MS Office user skills and ideally have good CRM know-how (Salesforce).
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, and you are clear and transparent.
